One of the highlights of this year so far.
Being an ambassador for the @runfitexpo at the #rnrliverpoolmarathon was a brilliant experience. Being able to inspire so many people to reach goals or try something new. As my sport is OCR I love the @seancorvelle quote of ‘WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU DID SOMETHING FOR THE FORST TIME’ and I aim to motivate people to do just that. .
It was also an honour to share the stage with @thewelshrunner, Matt is an awesome guy and an amazing athlete and it was great to share our stories to help others. Matt then went on to smash the half marathon and came in first, Boom!!
I’m really looking forward to returning in 2019 to meet so many amazing people and share the stories of the great events I have planned. Then there is the awesome companies who have been carefully selected by the runfit crew to offer a wide range of essential products to help us all get through our training and races. In particular I look forward to seeing @361europe @manukasport and @cepsportsuk who have all helped me through this years events and I can’t thank them enough.

TIRED. Have been basically exhausted since #marathontraining started.
So, other than upping calories I’m curious - any fellow female runners ever had their iron levels checked/taken supplements?
