Day 16: Self-gratitude ❥❥❥
Self-gratitude is the act of acknowledging and genuinely appreciating actions that we do towards ourselves.
Self-gratitude is essential for our self-love because when we appreciate our qualities and our actions knowing that they come from our best intentions, we allow ourselves to challenge the feeling of inferiority or inadequacy
For example, I thank myself constantly the courage I had to move to Australia in my early 20s with only two suitcases. No friends, no family, destination unknown. What do you thank yourself for? ❥❥❥
