Indian pilot (IAF: 2016), she was one of the three women inducted into the IAF's fighter stream in 2016, and became the first Indian woman to do a solo flight in a fighter aircraft - the MiG-21 Bison in February 2018. Her elder brother is an army officer. - Daughter of Dinkar Chaturvedi, an Executive Engineer in MP's Water Resource Department. - Schooling from Deolond. - BTech (Computer Science) from Banasthali University. - 2018: On 19th February, completed 30-minute solo sortie in a MiG-21 at the Jamnagar airbase. - Promoted to the rank of Flight Lieutenant - She is currently posted at No 23 Squadron (Panthers). - On 7 October, 2018, she was awarded a doctorate degree by Banasthali Vidyapeeth.
