Ok these little back muscles look like they’re trying to do something 💪🏾! .
I’ve been needing to switch my routine up for awhile and thankfully I found that with @bflawlessfitness .... it’s been pretty dope, on days I can’t workout with him I can use the training app which lists all the workouts I need to do for the day & I can keep track of the weights / reps I do to measure progression over time. Not to mention he hosts a free boot camp on the weekends! If you’re trying to get fit on a budget PLEASE hit him up! I definitely recommend @bflawlessfitness 5 stars 🌟
I was all pumped for 1RM back squat day today, and I was so sure that I was going to get a PR. 165 felt heavy , but it still went up easy, and then I tried 175, and...this happened. Even though I didn’t get a new PR, and I failed this lift, I still wanted to post it so that I can look back on it in 6 months, or a year, or however long it takes, and realize that this squat this I couldn’t get up is now easy. Progress is still progress, even with setbacks, as long as you keep trying.

🔻 Heels Elevated Goblet Squats
Here is a clip from yesterday’s training. This exercise is a straight killer for the legs, more specifically your quads. Notice the brief pause in the bottom position, brace the core, and drive up through the heels.
