Like most things, this is a choice we make. But in order to make the best choice for our overall health and fitness, we need to be educated or reminded on the benefit of why we need certain things. .
While we sleep our body returns to a catabolic state, where we store fat. When you wake up, you need to put protein into your body, in an effort to return to an anabolic state, so we can build muscle and burn fat. .
Phormula1 protein allows the building of lean muscle mass and the burning of fat. Quick easy solution that will then allow for you to enjoy your morning coffee. But do this first, remember coffee is a meal depressant and will convince you that you’re not hungry, but truly being healthy isn't about being hungry. Put the right things in your body, when your body needs it.
Regrettably, my phone reset and thousands of images I personally took are lost. Some are on external haddrives, old cameras, chips, and some are just lost forever. While I run damage control and generating new work, I will be relying heavily on the community and public use images. I will continue to provide high quality work, but I will need to rely on non-original photos in the present. This will not be a permanent change!
@rifledhistory reached out to me almost immediately and offered to share some of his work. Many others did the same.
Pictured are three iconic weapons: the M1903, Mauser Kar 98K, and M1 Rifle "Garand". The M1903 was intended to replace the Krag-Jørgensen M1892 after its disastrous results against Mauser rifles. By WWI however, it had not been fully rolled out and despite becoming the "official" US rifle in 1903, by 1917, it still could not serve US needs. Despite being the origin of the 30.06 round, the M1903 was originally chambered in 30.03, a round very quickly deemed obsolete, fortunately before combat this time.
The Mauser is different. Under the Treaty of Versailles, Germany was limited to the number of rifles they were allowed to issue to their Army. The treaty however lacked any verbage about carbines. Therefore, in a legal and political move of genius, the Germans shortened the Mauser 98K just slightly, redesignated it with the "Karbiner" classification, and began churning them out.
Lastly, the M1 Rifle, viewed by Patton as the greatest battle implement ever devised. It needs no introduction. ・・・
