Milk is great - only if you can digest it!
Press Release: Ever felt some bloating or nausea or flatulence or cramps after drinking milk? Chances are you're insensitive to regular dairy! Almost 60% Indians are intolerant to dairy in some capacity. As Indians we can't really imagine a day without dairy - that chilled mango milkshake under the summer sun, a cheesy pizza, a cup of comforting chai and that ridiculously scrumptious paneer tikka at your favourite restaurant - how do we do without milk?
Believe us, dairy need not always be so difficult! We now have an extremely nutritious, easily digested and low lactose dairy option for your daily nutrition needs - Pure Pasteurized Goat Milk procured from free ranging goats, feeding off naturally growing, pesticide free nutritious herbs and shrubs.
We are excited to introduce you to a whole world of goat milk goodness!
Goat milk is a nutritional powerhouse which has lots of healthy minerals and vitamins. Here are some other nutritional facts about goat milk that may surprise you. It aids weight loss, optimizes digestion, improves the bioavailability of nutrients, reduces inflammation, boosts heart health, strengthens bones, strengthen immunity, increase metabolism, prevent toxins from accumulating in the body, and benefit overall health.
We at Nutragoat use only fresh milk and by chilling it rapidly and minimizing agitation, we achieve a very clean and mild flavour.
Just some of the benefits of goat milk are:

2 weeks old 💕 Lily is such a content baby and Ella is loving having a little sister. I have to admit I had totally forgotten just how utterly exhausting the first few weeks of having a exclusively breastfed newborn was. “Sleep when the baby sleeps” doesn’t really apply when you have a toddler, but I wouldn’t have it any other way, after all I’d miss seeing how dreamy this little beauty is when she sleeps through her milk coma’s.😇💕 #newborn#2weeksold#baby#girl#babygirl#daughter#secondborn#sister#family#love#sleepybaby#milkcoma#beautiful
