Back to ‘school’ today. It’s over 7 years since I completed my Pilates instructor training, so I do love the opportunity to be on the other side of the mat and learn something new. Today was CORE™ instructor training with @bodyinsync @merrithew.

Yesterday, when I went to bed I was so eager with expectation for this day.
I've been sick with fever the past days and the feeling when that shit is leaving your body!
I had the alarm go off half an hour earlier and dedicated that extra time for a really soft good morning to my self.
Just moving, very careful and slow. Listening. Breathing. Sensing.
Letting my body lead the way. Still a bit sore, but over my head with love and gratitude for everything my body let me experience.
Now I'm totally grounded, calm fueld and loaded with superpowers!
