Today’s reminder. Take a deep breath. It seems silly but just do it already. What are you stressed about right now that wouldn’t benefit from you taking a moment to compose yourself?
A friend told me recently that she didn’t think she could accomplish one of her goals. Then the list of reasons why came after.
When it comes to life, business, travel, or whatever you want to apply this to, you can do it. You can accomplish whatever you want, it might not be as easy or as simple as you thought. It might not even end where you originally had planned. BUT the only thing standing in your way is you and your list of negatives. So take a deep breath.
Last year I felt this way about ONE decision I had to make. The list was never ending and it consumes me to the point where I couldn’t move off of the ground. The only thing standing in my way was ME. When I finally chose to do what was best for me and to focus on putting the work back in where it should have been, the weight was lifted and I could breathe again.
So if you have made it this far, take one last deep breath and start your week off with the intention to make good shit happen.
