"We must have allies to be free. I look at American history and slavery. Slaves and free African Americans fought hard for black freedom. What shook me is realizing that their freedom also depended on white people to believe they should be free. Not just believe, but take risks and fight. Emancipation from slavery depended on white allies. Our ability to come here as refugees depended on black and brown people fighting for us, and white people, too. But alliances are only effective in a democracy. We must have cooperation and democracy to be free." -- my mom during our casual weekday lunch 😶

My oils class is TOMORROW NIGHT! We’d love for you to join in & learn about how oils can help you and your family ❤️ Shoot me a DM or leave a comment!
I used to be lonely. Still kinda am. Being a stay-at-home-mom is very isolating if you let it. But y’all, I found a community of women just waiting to take in another friend and support them in their dreams. I didn’t have many dreams before meeting them but they helped pull them out of me. They push me to be greater and think greater. We all are in a business together, each making a paycheck to help support our families and most of us on a quest to bring our husbands home from their 9-5 to work WITH us and our kids. I sell essential oils, yeah. I do because it because they’ve become a crucial part of our entire life and make things easier on all of us physically and emotionally. BUT I also know that there are a lot of women out there who could use a tribe like this. Where even if they can’t leave their home because of their 3 young kids that are batsh** crazy sometimes, they can still have support and encouragement and help them build something of their own. A business to call your own. An accomplishment and effort that uses YOUR brain and YOUR talents. Let me tell you, that type of camaraderie and 100% support is NOT common. Mama, I see you and I want to give you a hug and pull you in. Grab some Stress Away and Believe, and lezzzz do dis thang!
Did you know Young Living has make up now? Yes! It’s called Savvy Minerals and it is 100% CHEMICAL FREE!
Pictured here is just ONE coat of the Savvy Mascara from this morning.
Swipe two pictures over and that is my evening look where I glam the eyelashes out even more.
This mascara is infused with lavender EO, which is great for lash strength and growth. It’s safe for contact users and for those tiny dancers you may have that wear make up for recitals.

Homemade yogurt by a group member! 1. Heat one gallon of whole milk to 180 degrees F over the stove.
2. Let cool to 120 degrees F
3. Add one cup of room temp plain yogurt (I used mountain high brand) to 2 cups of 120 degree milk. Mix thoroughly
4. Add the milk/yogurt mixture to the rest of the milk
5. Pour into a crockpot, put on the lid, and wrap in 2 heavy towels.
6. Go to bed lol
7. Pour into a colander lined with 3 cheese cloths and let strain for a couple hours in the fridge or room temp
8. Put the yogurt in storage containers in your fridge to fully set up. Do whatever you want to with the whey (it’s super nutritious)
9. Once it’s set, mix in your favorite flavors or jams
I own an infantino squeeze station and use that for putting into pouches. So for all of $6 of ingredients, I made 30 pouches of yogurt. Also, you would want to save about half a cup to one cup of your yogurt you made to be used as a starter for the next time you make yogurt -----------
