The power of the moon which changes every day. If you are conscious of that power, today is a nice day a little.
Since ancient times, the moon has been thought to have a strange power to work with our unconscious.
The moon keeps changing every day repeatedly.
Just as our daily lives are not the same daily monotonous repetitions, the power of the moon continues to change day by day.

An electric angel sold me a camera and some good luck on April, but ended on August, wake me up when September ends please.

Blah!!! Today, I was/am in a funk. Lack of sleep? Moon phase? Life? Who knows, but I was utterly useless today...and I was really looking forward to the day too ☺️ One thing I did get in was my workout (yay for doing to first thing) and I’m SO thankful I did because had I not I may have taken today as a rest day. And had I taken today as a rest I know I would have felt even funkier (hmmm, how many times can I use the word ‘funk’ lol!). And might I add my workout was not stellar - it was interrupted 1/2 way through with a meeting and I wasn’t feeling upper body today.
But I did it. And that’s what’s important. I’m a firm believe in quality over quantity but sometimes something is better than nothing 🙏🏼 Getting your workout in doesn’t always have to be about a shredded body, sometimes it’s just there “to be”. To be whatever it needs to be for you that day. Sometimes you need it for strength and muscle, sometimes you need it for stress release, other times you need it as a reassurance that ‘you’ve got control’. At the end of the day it’s important you find time in your day to do something for you. My something is fitness. Yours could be knitting, or painting. Doesn’t matter. But even on these days when we’re in funks, I feel it’s important to still put that effort in to get something done because BELIEVE ME, you’re going to feel in sh*t ton better knowing you did. And then your funk won’t stink so much 😝 (Please note speed is 1.5 below. I ain’t that fast ☺️)
