This was last night 😂. Yeap that was my Friday night... who would have told me some year back, I was going to have such a blast on a Friday night ...
As a mom I want to please my boys, I have rewarded their hard work on school and awesome grades with video games. My schedule doesn’t allow me to commit to a real after school sport activity, so yes, they have become addicted to video games...
The results is that my big boy is in less shape than what he should be. Middle school is starting and I want his mentality to make a switch and do not become a full blown couch potato 🥔, at the same time I want to encourage my little one to continue being active.
Once upon a time (back in 2013) I did insanity and this kid actually did some work outs with me. His pushups where better than mine.. and I let this happen.
Today he keeps telling me that I killed his legs 😂 but we agreed that starting Monday they will both do this 20 min routine (weight and all). It’s just 4 days a week and I will be there encouraging them and correcting their form. That will be a Mommy and kids bonding moment...
