What I have learned to be true is that Space heals all. Breaking ourselves free from our daily habits and pattern of thinking, feeling and being.
By creating new experiences we are creating new neuropathwsys allowing us to experience a higher quality of life, and thinking.
The longer we continue this new positive experience, it will eventually become a habit.
In order to experience a different life we must change our way of thinking, because the moment we change our personality out personal reality will also change.
Find gratitude in all that you have, all you are, and all that is.
Gratitude on a high level will free you from all of life's problems.

This huge storm wiped out our area and theirs no power anywhere... including the gym 🙃 Hopefully by time we’re done with work the gym will atleast have power.
If not, we will be doing cardio outside. Days off are good and we all need them but we also need to keep pushing on through our fitness journey. No electricity won’t stop us!
