Nutrition was on point yesterday, but the scale went up! But, I’m not mad 😂, because in May I committed to a nutrition program that helped me learn what worked for my body.
Food may have been on point, but I was definitely lacking on water. So, I was not frustrated!
Today, I’m being more aware of my water intake.
I’ve got Fayth’s Friendsgiving at school, so I’ve got my water bottle with me!
Another day of learning and I can’t wait to get on the scale tomorrow!!

As a busy mum I would often find my coffee going cold 🥶 however since getting up earlier that has now stopped!!
Coffee in peace is the best!!🤗
Good job really as I’ve just read the acidity in coffee increases as it cools giving it a bitter taste and reheating it produces a stale flavour 🤢
So store coffee in a thermos or make a new one ☝️

Time for a little heart to heart ☕
Over the past 3 months I've gained about 10lbs and obviously I'm not happy about it. As soon as I stopped following the slimming world plan, I gained.
My meals are extremely healthy, but my sweet tooth takes over and I end up binging on biscuits and chocolate!
I lead a pretty healthy life style, I try to use the car as little as possible and walk places. And life with a 2 year old means I don't sit still. But its my unhealthy obsession with food that brings me down!
It doesn't help that Christmas is just around the corner... I worry because I feel I'm going to end up spiralling downwards and become the person I was years ago with no will power towards food!
I guess what I'm saying is that I need to train my mind to have that healthy outlook on food that I used to have and love! Exciting food doesn't have to be unhealthy!
Anyways, if you got this far... well done! I just needed to write down how I was feeling because I know others must feel the same.
