My husband loses two things: his wallet and his watch. Once, before a night out, we looked for 2 hours for his wallet and found it in the microwave. Today we turned the house upside down and put it back together again in search of his silver watch. We didn’t find it. We did find however: some jungle fever spray, the portable speaker, some missing swimming ear plugs, £5.27 in change, a pair of really good tweezers, the elf on the shelf (had to hide him again quickly) the spare car key, Littlest mancub’s missing school shoe that no longer fits, my favourite marking pen and 2 huge sticks of rock that are about 2 years old. .
Anyone else lost something this summer? .
Day 15: Floral fascination @myhousethismonth
I have launched a Summer Event on the website with some great savings to be had on sale items, and with 10% off non-sale items, it makes it the perfect opportunity to maybe grab a few early (dare I say it) Christmas presents, a treat for yourself, or perhaps prep for making Autumn evenings cosy ones with a sheepskin or something from our candle light section. Have a great evening all xxx

Roll on Friday and no more looking at bare floorboards. Got to fix some of the extra creaky ones although the house goes through phases of creakiness. Part of its charm I suppose.
Then once that is done I will tinker with the light and consider what to put on the walls. I’m very indecisive!
