Got another big week coming with new clients starting and plans being made for others in the comings weeks plus a few finishing their coaching soon and I can't wait to show off their progress 👏🏻 ready for an early start in the morning to do this all over again. Life is good at the minute 😎

Here's a good pre-bed meal idea for you guys and gals, especially if you're chasing shreds! 😁👌
Chipotle Chicken & Cottage Cheese Wraps
(2 Wraps - 420cals |P: 55g |C: 37| F: 7g)
- 2x Mountain Wraps (Natural)
- 200g Grilled Chicken Breast
- 100g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- Drizzle of Culley's Chipotle Sauce
Though it is a higher intake of protein, Chicken and Cottage Cheese metabolise at different speeds due to being different protein types. Both are relatively slow digesting protein sources, meaning the body will take more time to break it down, metabolize and uptake. Chicken being slow (meat-based) and cottage-cheese being slower (casein-based). 🥩🍚
This means the body has not only more time to optimally process and utilize the incoming protein, but also gives the muscles something to snack on while you are catching Zzz and unable to eat. (Unless you somehow sleep-walk to the fridge and have cheeky sleep-feast. 😉😂)
Anyway, feel free to give it a try and see if you approve. It's no KFC Twister Wrap, but it's definitely nice and guilt-free during a shred! 🌯😚👌
What a weekend! So rapped with placing second in my class, it definitely made all the hard work worth it! Shit takes time, don’t expect to see results if you’re not putting in the effort. If you’re not putting on weight = eat more + train harder
If you’re not losing body fat = eat less + train harder
As well don’t go running to fat burner unless you know you’re in a caloric deficit and you are training correctly for your body type and goal
= hire a personal trainer.
So my rant really is if you expect some bullshit 4/6 week AMAZING SHRED plan to work and for it to actually be sustainable while keeping a healthy mental state you’re gonna have your bubble burst.
🔥 First shot at 300kg in a long time. Just getting the feel of the weight on my shoulders again so the depth wasn't there today but I'd be confident to drop down far enough next time 💯🏆

150kg for 8 & pushing for that 9th - I forgot to post this the other day after a poll asking if I would beat the previous weeks 6 rep PB.. currently 50kg thrusting 150kg.. after what feels a gazillion months on prep & at 3 weeks post show & with 10 weeks until the next, my strength is either still there or I’m hitting new pbs with better form than offseason/more reps/increased weight.. doing it alongside my best friend @phoebehagan_ - I not only speak for my self here.. we’re both chuffed with how strong our mindsets have become - we leave the gym feeling proud of how hard we pushed every session - mind strength is everything.. don’t be scared to push your self this week! @team_lrf 💪 (lol at the end - she knows me well ❤️👏)
