Regrann from @books_and_yoga88 - I had mentioned a while back about wanting to do a book giveaway challenge. The #trudesires challenge is here!! I am finally ready to give it a go! It will be a 5 day challenge starting August 27-31. I desgined the challenge to be a simple fun beginners introduction to the practice, but of course anyone can join in regardless of how advanced you are. It will consist of simple routines each day that build onto one another. So by the end of it you will have a mini 5-10 minute practice to start your morning depending on how long you desire it to be. This is just a taste of some poses and other tools I started with on my journey, and still do every morning to get my day started. It's amazing how changing your routine a little each day can help you build a positive daily habit. By starting small we can work towards creating something bigger. It all starts with the decision to try. Simply opening your heart and changing your mindset will help you build the confidence to become the best version of yourself. The more consistent you become the more you begin to understand about yourself. It's a long slow process that requires patience, but if you keep it up the results are priceless. I have attached the book giveaway as a motivational tool to get people excited to try. Even if you dont win a prize at the end you're aleady a winner for taking the first step towards the new you!! You can do it remember, "im-possible" no more excuses like, I'm not flexible or blah blah. I believe in you now it's time for you to believe in yourself. Сурья Намаскар - отличный вариант аэробной нагрузки, если вы делаете её в аштанговском стиле: с отпрыгиванием назад и подпрыгиванием к рукам в конце.
AUTHENTICITY. Do you practice what you preach?
We’re so good at giving advice to others, but when we’re asked to make a shift for ourselves and incorporate what we stand for - that’s when things get really interesting... don’t know where to start?
Here are a few simple things you can do:
1. when you wake up, give your body time to adjust, do some gentle stretching & b r e a t h e
2. when you look in the mirror, smile. Give yourself a PEP talk. Tell yourself all the things you’d like to hear from your parents, friends, boss or partner.
3. when you’re catching yourself holding your breath during your day, something’s off. Gently remind yourself to breath consciously, do 3 rounds of in- and exhaling, reconnect to the lifesource within and around you. Breath = prana = life 💛

Join our Lead Trainer Caroline to learn more about how your unique body needs unique attention as to how to practice these wide ranging yoga shapes, and how to find peace with some of the restrictions you may find within your body in the knowledge that it could be your bone structure rather than your ability to make a shape “perfect”. What is perfect anyway? We will examine all of the people in the rooms bodies so that we can see that even within a small group of yogis and yoginis we’ll find a huge difference between us all! .
It’s going to be epic, come and join in! Remember all workshops are open to all levels of yogis, and include a discussion and presentation as well as practical Asana element too .
All proceeds of this workshop will be going towards the people who are affected by the ongoing earthquakes in Lombok so come and help us help our neighbours as well as learn more about your body! .
