Today I re-released my website. It has been revamped, remodeled, renewed, and simply made better. It's faster, more mobile friendly, easier to navigate and, AND, all prints have much better pricing. It was time for some major changes. Link is in my profile if you want to check it out. Let me know what you think!
Now on to this image of Dream Lake. As has become customary, @benstrauss_photography and I went out in search of dramatic conditions and great light. We had previously discussed how cool it would be to catch the season's first snow on Hallet peak, which looms over Dream, so when the conditions obliged we executed our plans.
The morning didn't disappoint either. My eye was caught by the interesting shapes in the snow drifts and Ben went after the reflection of the peaks in the water. Of course we both got that burning alpenglow. Go check out his image to see our different interpretations of that location.

This is an older photo from when I was in California a few months ago. I'm sure missing that warm weather lol it's been super cold here 😖🤧 I think this is a prickly pear cactus but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. 😊
