How much are you currently paying to have power delivery to your residence?
Did you know you pay to watch PG&E commercials. What’s right they included that in your bill. This customer paid $30 to watch PG&E commercials on the internet.
It surprises me daily that almost all of California residence don’t know they pay more to have power delivered to their home then the cost of generating that power.
If you bought a pizza for $10 would you pay $11 to have it delivered? I guarantee that would be the last time you bought a pizza from that company.
I cut our people’s delivery charges using solar while charging them only for power not the cost of the system. Everyone knows solar if beneficial it’s on the White House, Schools have them and Costco’s. It just doesn’t make sense for most people to go into enormous debt to get cheaper power.
I qualify homes to have their delivery and distribution charges reduced or eliminated.
Buying a house can be a long and complex process. Savvy buyers know to look beyond well-presented rooms and clever colour schemes, and think about the less glamorous sides of real estate investment. However, even after considering property insurance, maintenance hotspots and mortgages, the job isn’t complete. The area around your property is what will dictate the realities of day-to-day life, so you should bear these five factors in mind before deciding once and for all that this is the home for you. https://bit.ly/5cfwyfpp⠀
A few photos of what the house looked like when we bought it. The interior may not look so bad but believe me, it was!! We have had the house nearly a month and it is being rewired, a new boiler will be fitted, new windows and plastered throughout soon! 🤞🏻🏡
