My go to brekkie shredded wheat bitesize HexB with lots of speed fruit. There is some milk HexA in there as I am on the SP plan this week. I'm not a big fan of milk so I'm finding this plan a bit hard I'm really missing yoghurt but I'm hoping for better results this week, so I going to have to find some alternative brekkies this week.
