This morning I woke up and thought my hair looked so lovely... but this is the first day in 18 that it hasn’t been a ball of frizzy, ugly mess. Jet soon sorted that out for me 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ I am so happy!!! ➡️➡️➡️
Probably it’s all about #consciousness. My thirteen years old girl looks at herself in the mirror and think “I’m not pretty! Look at my spotty skin, my imperfect nose, my messy hair!”. I look at her and think she’s the most beautiful girl in the whole world. Of course I’m her mom, she will always be perfect in my eyes, but the truth is that I can see in her a kind of beauty that I was not able to see in myself at her age. And I do was beautiful too, I was just unconscious of my own kind of beauty, exactly as she is now. I’m 36 now and I’m still not able to see the beauty in myself. Beauty is not perfection. Let’s be conscious of our imperfect beauty and let’s try to look at ourself as we look at people we love. #bodypositive .
