After two days of waiting for cyclone Gita to be on her way, we made it to our first stop, Hanmer Springs. This beautiful place was our first hike and view point. The beginning of what has been non stop mind blowing views. I feel full of gratitude to be here with my husband enjoying this dream of a country, and excited for what is still yet to come!
Fat boy off season posing after back workout today.. need to find a better way to do videos with music because flipogram quality is a joke. Anyway just some posing after training, trying to bring up some weaker points on my physique like rear delts while also improving on the whole package. Feeling pretty good now and weight slowly coming back up, side note - i could probably count on 1 hand the amount of times in the last year I've gone heavy with free weights for back as I've had an injury,pretty much only stuck to machines and I think I've still managed to progress. So don't get too caught up in deadlifting super heavy and going to snap city if your goal is muscle growth, just understand what muscles you want to develop and how to train those specific muscles.
