Stair workouts are great for coordination, foot speed, and running strength.
You should build it into your warm up 1-2 times per week :)
This one is easy. Build up your speed. One foot per step just to get your body warmed up to the size of the steps!
5-10 reps are a great way to wake up your nervous system!
