Greek Vegetable Salad Recipe 🥗
What you need.. 3 large tomatoes cut into wedges
1 cucumber thinly sliced
1 small red onion thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper cut into 1″ pieces
1/2 cup pitted black olives sliced
4 oz. feta cheese crumbled *Make it your own and add your desired amount of lettuce.
1/3 cup White House Red Wine Vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Putting it all together.. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. For dressing, combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid, and shake to mix thoroughly. Pour over vegetables and toss. Chill several hours in covered bowl. Toss again before serving. Serves 6! Enjoy!
Quick and easy tuna salad. More often then not we have limited time to throw together a healthy lunch for work or at home. This is my go-to 5 minute lunch. Great flavor profile with limited ingredients.
1/2 can skip jack (skip jack carries less mercury)
1 hard boiled egg
Handful mixed greens
Handful baby tomatoes
1/2 green apple
2 tbls red onion
3-5 white mushrooms
1- 2 tbls Ranch Salad dressing (the refrigerated ones are the best)
Dash cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
