It’s day 90/90 and I’ve completed my current workout program! I got up early, put on my favorite workout clothes and snapped this photo of myself. Why? Because I wanted to remember the feeling of this moment.
Setting goals feels good, but finishing goals feels fantastic!😍
Today represents 90 days of getting up early, 90 days of sweat and 90 days of pushing “play” even if I didn’t feel like it. It represents discipline and drive. It represents pushing myself to do more than I ever thought I could do.
90 workouts ago I was elated (and exhausted) to do 87 push-ups in one 30 min workout. This month I did 200! 👊🏻 I don’t say this to brag. I say this to celebrate what is possible. 🙌🏻 To encourage YOU that your starting point is simply one mark on your timeline. What you do with your future up to you.
What do you want to be celebrating 90 days from now? 🎉 Does your current schedule reflect that? If not, what tweaks or changes need to be made?
Stop waiting for the ideal circumstances to come along. They won’t. This summer it was not ideal to follow an internet based workout program while I was boondocking through the Yukon without cell coverage on a travel day. But I made a promise to myself and I’m getting better and better at keeping those. I downloaded the workouts to my phone before I left the US. I got up early. I used baby wipes instead of showers. I made it work instead of making excuses and every time i was glad I did.
Finishing feels fantastic!💕
Plus, there is always the victory dance at the end (swipe 👉🏻 to see mine).
Are you ready to make some healthy lifestyle changes? We can go with baby-steps or we can go all-in and honestly I see value in both.
Baby step option: join my free 21 day water drinking challenge that starts on the 22nd.
All in option: Let’s focus on your water/food/exercise habits. I’ve got a years worth of workout programs, meal plans and easy accountability designed to get you to your own victory dance for less than the cost of one month at the gym.
Comment below with a thumbs up 👍🏻 and the option you’d like to explore.

Meet Huma, our new cross country minivan for the next 2.5 months! Timing worked out as our friends were planning to upgrade to an electric minivan, so we bought her. Adam has spent the last few days prepping her with racing stripes that went a little sideways (there were many more stripes that were planned). Don’t worry (I did worry), they peel off thanks to plasti dip. Anyway, she’s ready, we’re ready, and we will all be hitting the road for an epic roadtrip across the USA. Wish us luck! .
P.S. If you’re in the market for a California minivan on the East Coast, Huma will be looking for a new, permanent home in a few months. 😬
While we were underwater I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmingly grateful-
Watching Santi swim freely in the ocean and telling me to fallow him to where he had spotted something cool with absolutely no fear has me feeling incredible happy... it’s so rewarding to see how far he has come.
Through Instagram things may seem amazing and perfect but they aren’t... during a lot of years while raising Santi alone we had to face a lot of issues... from abandonment to bullying, from having to start our lives from scratch to where we are now... A lot of ups an downs. But Im extra grateful because it all led us here! I love you Señor Bebinho ❤️ What an adventure it’s been!
We caught Moraine Lake at golden hour this evening and it blew us away yet again. ✨ This time there was less snow on the trees but as the last rays of sun hit the lake it turned into a vibrant aqua turquoise. ❄️ So stunningly different to our magical snow wonderland a few days back, where the water looked a much darker blue. (see stories for the contrast!) I'm starting to think Moraine Lake might be perfect in almost all weather. Does it freeze over in winter, I wonder? 🤔❄️
If you missed our stories the other day then you will have missed my transparency about how challenging our time in Turkey has been, I've written it up as a blog post so you can have a read there as I share what's been going on.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us to encourage us, it really means so much 😘
I'm so glad that we've shared this part of our journey as you get to see the un-glamorous parts that are rarely talked about by nomads😖
Hopefully it shows that we're no more special than anyone else but also makes all of our wins that bit sweeter 😄
We remain positive and optimistic for all thats to come and we're grateful for this beautiful life we've created 😍
Love y'all so much 😚😚😚
