She was beautiful, but not like those girls in the magazines. She was beautiful, for the way she thought. She was beautiful, for the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about something she loved. She was beautiful, for her ability to make other people smile, even if she was sad. No, she wasn't beautiful for something as temporary as her looks. She was beautiful, deep down to her soul. She is beautiful.
STORY OF THE DAY 🌈
"I've been traveling through quite a few places on this planet, but this one was one of the most emotional one for me. I've been dreaming of walking on this wall ever since my mom told be about it back in Kazakhstan. I always thought it was super close since we lived right at the Chinese border until I realized someday that I had to go far far east to visit it. I was only 4 years old but I remember everything and I told myself I would go when the time was right. So the day has come when we went to Beijing after I spent the summer in Shanghai and I was super overwhelmed by this location even though it wasn't a clear day, no. It was quite hazy but still so much more beautiful I ever imagined it would be. It was just perfect. I had tears in my eyes when I realized this was real. I fulfilled the probably longest dream I had right here."
