Saturday morning paleo /keto pancakes ☉
Basic ingredients (2 pancakes): 1 cup of almond flour
1tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut fat (molten)
Mix all ingredients and fry in coconut fat
Add cinnamon/swerve on top and maybe some butter?! 😊
Some weeks I crave salads and soup other weeks all I want is bread and carbs and you know what, I’m not even mad about it 🤷🏻♀️ the key is to do what feels GOOD to you. I’ve tried counting macros and while it is 100% effective, I felt like a slave to the scales and like “I really want to eat ____ but I only have 2 grams of carbs left in my day so I’ll have to eat a piece of dust instead.” When I listen to my body and satisfy my cravings in a healthy way I feel better for it, I feel happier and I feel more motivated to work out because I am allowing myself the freedom to do what makes me happy.
