This morning I took yoga sculpt, then I had an acrobatics class for school, and headed back to @corepoweryoga for a beautiful C2! I played around in the studio for a bit after!🧡
Practicing this pose has left me with sore legs, arms and core - and I love the feeling of putting in work!🌻

These Crunchy Seed Crackers were very popular at our market stall last week. The recipe was kindly given to me by my naturopath, Alice, when I said I wanted some savoury goodies.
These are Paleo and vegan, made using green banana, flaxseed, and almond flour. They are delicious with soup, cheese, or your favourite spread.
These Slow Cooker Cardamom Ribs are so easy and delicious. It only takes 10 minutes to prep and the meat just falls off the bone. The fall spices like cardamom gives it a warm, spicy-sweet flavor. Just fyi, cardamom is an #aipreintroduction. Turns out it’s a seed!
Yummy snow day bites! We got hit with a big snow storm last night so a super cozy filling breakfast was in store! This weather just makes me want to eat cookies, watch Christmas movies, and curl up with a cup of @coffeebosss hot cocoa!
