Let me tell you, I don’t care how “fit” you are or how long you’ve been working out, there is nothing like having a trainer or workout partner to motivate you, and challenge you, and push you through those sets. And then when you have a really good trainer who knows what they’re doing, gets you results that you didn’t think were possible, AND they genuinely care about you & aren’t just trying to collect a check...doesn’t get much better! SN: gotta turn up the volume for the commentary in the 2nd video. 😂
My breakfast 👉Veggies. Protein. Fats. Carbs. No I didn’t count the calories or the macros. Frankly, it’s totally and completely unnecessary to count if you are eating the RIGHT foods 🤸♀️👏
