My dear #body, #thankyou so much for being with me today.. To stay still in every position for 3 minutes or 2 or 1 minute at #yinyoga as guided by the yoga master, I feel so #feminine and #elegant, as if I am dancing..just relax and #focus on #breathing...feel I am melted and become one with the air, with the floor.. Besides, I learn something today, I neglected the feeling of my body everytime when I am rushing or while at work, it feels so tensed and stressed ... I hardly stay still, relax and #appreciate what my body does for me..I should pay more attention to my body and breath more deeply.. AND in #floatingyoga.. Oh, I am so excited I manage to do #angelpose the first time, how lucky! Also #koalabearpose#butterflypose and I control my swing better, the first time I did I was everywhere and I almost bang someone plus I hit my leg, Ouch!
A bit dizzy in the end just for a little while after doing the buttefly.. I truly have fun and explore new things every time without fail, this is what keeps me excited.. Love you, #yoga ❤️😍❤️ Above all, I am thankful to the yoga master Helen for her help and patience with this new bird in yoga lol! Kamsahamnida🙏
Beach Life! 5 months to go.
Waiting !! In the meantime,...keep busy!
The text from luke 2:25 - 38 begins and ends with the word “Waiting”.Yes Simeon’s wait was over.
Simeon waited to see the Messiah. His waiting was not like the waiting you do in the Drs office. It is looking forward to something you know is coming, and that is going to be great when you get it!
Simeon was waiting like that. As a small boy he worshiped in the temple, and heard the promises God made to send the Messiah. The promised One who would be a prophet like Moses who had declared the word of God, and freed Israel in the past. He would be like the High Priest who would cleanse Israel. He would like the Great King David who would rule justly over Israel, removing their enemies. He knew the promises and believed God. He waited eagerly for God to provide this promised One, the Savior.
At some point, Simeon heard the Call of God. This time, God did not send an angel. No, God spoke to him through the Holy Spirit.
God was at work! Finally, after all the years of God was sending the Messiah! Can you imagine what it must have been like for Simeon?
And then, one day, there He was! Simeon couldn't contain himself! He took Jesus in his arms, and said, Luke 2:29–32 “Sovereign Lord, now let your servant die in peace, as you have promised. I have seen your salvation, which you have prepared for all people. He is a light to reveal God to the nations, and he is the glory of your people Israel!” God promises are never delayed & come true.
Let’s also wait with eager expectation of Christ Return. Will our faith hold out? Let’s be like Simeon keep watching and alert, and telling others about our great expectation of God's fulfillment of all His promises when Jesus comes again!
Do you remember when you first felt the feelings of excited love? There are two different kinds we experience, Fleshly and Spiritual. Or in more simplex terms, human and supernatural. I can remember falling in love with Jesus. It was a feeling unlike anything in this world. It was a beautiful warmth that filled my senses with joyful peace. Even now as I am writing this I can feel the love incase my senses. Love is a choice we make. Jesus first loved us before we even knew what love was. Falling in love in the spiritual sense would be to have our souls touched and connected with Yahweh’s hand. I am not talking about the fleshly lust we see displayed in romantic books, shows and movies. When Adam woke from sleep, he woke to His hearts spiritual desire given by Yahweh. “This is bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh.” You can almost feel the deep love and spiritual electric connection. That connection was connected by Yahweh. He woke from sleep to see a part of himself before him. Before I met my husband, Jesus was and is like that and more. Every longing my soul cried out for was fulfilled in and by Him. He is our connection to the greatest love our senses can absorb. Until I met Jesus, I had never experienced anything so beautifully captivating. When I met my promised husband, Jesus connected us together and it was like we woke in the garden. When we met our spirits connected and each of us looked in awe as we saw a part of our selves standing before us. Love doesn’t equal perfection. It loves even though mistakes and pride get in the way. That’s how Yahweh not only loves us but wants us to love others. Love without judgments and without our flesh demanding the world’s guidelines. The bible is full of stories of love and mistakes. Love doesn’t promise life without mistakes. Love still chooses to love through misunderstandings and difficulties. Love covers a multitude just like His love covers us. His love endures and is available no matter what we do. Jesus is our connector. Connect with Him and you’ll experience supernatural surpassing love.
