These BBQ 🍖 flavoured Goldfish crackers have a nice crunch and pleasant cheddar cheese taste that is not overpowering. The seasoning is made up of tomato powder, sugar, spice (containing celery, herb, onion powder, garlic powder), all flavours that come through. The spice of BBQ seasoning has a similar taste profile to the one found on BBQ chips, with the downfall being that we wish it came out a bit stronger. We love the hint of sweetness that comes through in every bite. -
Would We Recommend This Product💕? Yes! These crunchy Goldfish crackers combine a light cheddar flavor with the added kick of barbeque sauce. The flavour of the seasoning starts out sweet, turns salty ,and then punches a wonderful kick of spice at the end.

🌴Perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon ☔️ 🌴Choco Chip Protein Cake: Blend: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1 scoop whey, 1 tbs cacao. Add 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal and 1/2 tsp baking soda... blend again. Add @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips into batter. Bake on coconut oil sprayed pan for 25 min at 350.
🌴 Almond Dulce de Leche Fit: Mix almond milk with coconut sugar in a saucepan. Warm it at medium high heat until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for 5 hours checking and stirring it every 30-45 min. #dulcedeleche

. Today is about being gentle with my body after yesterday’s run so heading into yoga for a good stretch and wind-down. Thanks to my lovely friend I had a Thai sports massage last night which was intense - deep stretches and firm pressure - but it was just what I needed. My legs are feeling good today just slightly fatigued. 👍
