Having a hard time hitting those pesky rear Delts, 🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️ I have. One of the best ways I have found to target my rear Delts have been utilizing an incline bench and LIGHT dumbbells. Yes. LIGHT. The weight should be controlled. •
Set yourself up like you are going to do chest supported rows. I like my feet up to eliminate any help to the targeted muscles. Palms over and raise up and out like you are making a Y. Keeping the db aligned with the ear. •

I’ve got to say, I’ve finally reached a point where I am happy with the way I look. This took about 15 weeks. I managed to lose more weight in Canada (where the after pic is taken), so calories are going up again.
My new goals are to add some good muscle, and do so slowly .
Moreover, I want to nail British Championships.
