I PRed my squat again! 190x1 😊 and i remember when i first started training with @jennylinhleee last year one of my goals was to just be able to casually squat a plate and now I’m casually pause squatting it like its nbd (,: I’m so close to 200# now i cant wait!! PRed feet up bench too with 100x3x4 ☺️✨
New 5RM - Went in wanting 125kgs and when I was doing my last warm up @ 120kgs I knew 125kgs was out of reach so I just kept pulling.
Form on the last couple of reps was questionable but I wasn’t stopping for anyone or anything.
I was feeling pretty down about it till I looked back at my old 1RM vid of 120kgs earlier this year ➡️ back break city.
Progress is progress 🙌
