#tbt to 11 days ago to the niagara open. Although that’s not a long time ago I’ve missed every second of competing since the opening squat and can’t wait to do it again! Although this is only a 255kg deadlift this is the lift in the most happy with because I love deadlifts and I was having such a hard time with this in training getting it at the competition even while sick feeling I could of gone up makes me the happy. I’ve been hitting the deadlift hardest in this off season. Hoping to beat that number in future comps at a lower body weight and beltless. Put in 3 angles of the lift
