Lunchtime 🥦🥒🍗 this was so tasty, filling and easy to prepare! I made double chicken and double vegies for lunch tommorow 😍😍 Just use whatever veggies you have needing using up, I used broccolini, red capsicum, zucchini and red onion. Into a pan drizzled with olive oil and salt and roast for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
Chicken breast, seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic seasoning (masterfoods) and pan fried until cooked through then slice. Serve up with a dollop of hummus a sliced hard boiled egg and some avocado.
