Week 1 Day 1: soft prep
During deload week ( 2 weeks ago )
I dropped my weights during training by 60% and installed 220g Carbs per day for the entire week compared to my typical 40g-60g daily. This allowed my body to heal and regroup. I then followed it up with last weeks max effort seasions. I typically wouldn’t be able to tell you what my 1RM is on any given exercise as that is not the way I train however I set PR’s in every major lift last week.
Max out stats:
Weight: 212-214 lbs
Height: 6” 1”
Squat: 435 x 1
Deadlift: 505 x 1
Total: 1,345 lbs
Flat Bench: 405 x 1
Inclien Bench: 345 x 1 .
Felt f*ckin great to clang and bang some some real weight again but time to get back to work.
I know what I bring to the table..
So trust me when I say I’m not afraid to eat alone.
2018 was about removing chairs from the table...
2019 we eat. 🐺
You wanna know where my heart is?
“ I stand out because I wear my garbage.
I work my hardest and every time I look into the mirror,
don't forget about where I started.

I love junk 🍪🍔
Anyone who knows me, knows that for as long as I can remember that I am a nugget fiend. When I first started working out and getting fit I was really confused by what diets I “should” eat and every fad diet that works for someone else. Truth being told I didn’t stick to a diet longer than 48 hrs 🤷🏼♀️ I used to have @mcdonalds at least twice a day before getting into the active life style. I now enjoy McDonald’s maybe once a week along with burritos, nutrigrain and my weakness.. cheese 🧀.
I don’t see any of this as “unhealthy” as long as it’s balanced. I think having a “strict” diet 24/7 and the feeling of guilt when you eat something off that diet is an unhealthy relationship with food and worst for you than what you’re consuming. Most days I eat meat and veggies for lunch and pasta before a workout (don’t be afraid of carbs) but I’m all for balance ⚖️
At the end of the day you just have to find out what works for you 💛
Comfortable at 210lbs today. 3 more weeks until we start peeling off the fat layers to expose what we built over the last 6 months. Enjoying the last few feasts of the Gods.
