You can walk out of the gym feeling like a badass. Typically you can lift heavier with the lower body vs upper body. Instant ego boost
You won’t have chicken legs like @austin.loes (TOTALLY KIDDING!!)

You burn more calories lifting with a major muscle group like your legs -
Squats aren’t the only thing that you need in your workout routine to build a bigger booty -
Your other lifts will improve by building a more solid lower half. It’s true. -
You’ll reduce your chance of injury. If you only train upper body, there’s a chance you’ll create muscle imbalances that can lead to injury -
you’ll be a better athlete, the power generated from your lower half is essential in every sport

It’s many people’s least favorite day, but it’s one of my favorites for many reasons, #1 reason.... I get more good on leg days 😄 more food always makes me happy

Do you always have it? I DON’T, contrary to very popular belief. 👀 To be really real, I feel all kinda of anxious and stressed out right now 😭
I definitely feel more confident when I’m taking care of my body though!! 🙌🏾 Which is why NOT skipping my workout today is a MUST!! .
