Millions of Hindus worship cows. Hinduism is a religion that raises the status of Mother to the level of Goddess. Therefore, the cow is considered a sacred animal, as it provides us life sustaining milk. The cow is seen as a maternal figure, a care taker of her people. The cow is a symbol of the divine bounty of earth.
That is why the cow is called ‘gau mata’– mother cow. 🐮❤️ It is the general belief that devas live in the body of the cow. That is why it is declared that nobody should kill a cow.
The Vedas are also associated with the cow. The back of the cow is believed to be the Rig Veda, her mouth the Sam Veda and the body the Yajur Veda.

A walk between Ram Jhoola and Laxman Jhoola has many interesting things to offer. The most prominent are the Babas(mendicants) who are seen everywhere. You notice them sitting quietly in a corner doing nothing, reading a book or watching the people walking past, or silently meditating. A few may ask you for a small donation or a cup of tea. And some of them would be selling odd things that might interest the strolling tourist, even few will ask you if want "mall" i.e. "Marijuana". Come evening and you are likely to them studying some scriptures or sitting on the bank of Ganges chatting. I kept seeing them everyday and they looked the same and seemed to do the same thing everyday. Sometimes it is difficult to say if a person is indeed a Baba or not, but they all look the same and they are almost always called as Baba, so it would not really matter.

They hate people and their stories; they have hated for so long and with such intensity that in the end the darkness enveloped their whole bodies until their shapes were no longer discernible. That is also why they are so difficult to defeat, because they can disappear into walls or into the ground or float up. They're ferocious and bloodthirsty, and if you're bitten by one you don't just die; a far more serious and terrible fate lies in store: you lose your imagination. (talking about shadows)
