PLEASE HELP US HELP SWEET ANGELICA ❤️❤️ Angelica was trapped in a very bad area of Newark where people were poisoning and hurting cats. She is sweet as pie and not feral as we originally thought and has been doing extremely well in her foster home.
However- Angelica came to us with a severe mouth infection 😞 after rounds of antibiotics the vet has decided she needs her teeth on her entire left side removed as everything has rotted
This is an estimate between $500-800 dollars and we only have about $100 in our account currently. We really need help to afford this surgery for this sweet girl.
She has been through so much- please consider donating to help her! Even $5 or $10 makes a huge difference!!! TO DONATE: PayPal.me/wizardofpawsrescue

After Indy’s first day of class (he did phenomenally!), I found on his vet records the shelter he was at prior to transferring to the Antietam Humane Society, where I adopted him from.
I learned from some searching online that Indy spent an entire year, from June 2017-June 2018 at that shelter, and was originally given up because his people didn’t have time for him. These first two photos are from separate posts from the shelter about him. The second photo is from today; Indy is happily snuggled in as many blankets as he could drag into the couch in the home he’ll have forever.
Being at the shelter for about a third of his life has led to some nervousness problems (which we are working on with lots of love and training classes!) but in reflecting on all the joy he has brought into my life and all he has had to endure, I just wanted to remind folks that we have a responsibility to be the best friends to dogs—we bred them to be that for us. Please rescue your next dog; you never know who’s been sitting in the shelter for a year waiting for you to come take them home.
Found a seemingly lost puppy in a street of #Barcelona.
(So I thought)
After a good 10 minutes' back and forth of she-approaching-me-and-me-massaging-her-then-she-following-me-everywhere, I finally went back to the souvenir shop and asked the Spanish lady for some help. She didn't catch the word "puppy" at first. But when I said "dog," the lady went like: "Oh the dog! She's from the store next door. She wanders around all day." It simply made my day.
When Sam and Eric (@pigpenthepittie) welcomed Gert into their family, they knew their time together might not be long, but they also knew that she deserved to experience love like any other dog. After nine months and four days together, they said goodbye to Gert this past weekend.... and while we are all grieving, we are also thankful for Gert’s life and what we learned from her. She taught us not to overlook any dog, regardless of age or health or breed. She taught us that granny gators have a lot of life and love to give, and she taught us that protecting Pibble-nipples can actually be quite stylish. Most importantly, she taught us foster, adopt, fundraise, and advocate for those who are often disregarded because of their age.
We all miss you, Gert. Thank you Sam and Eric for loving her so well, and thank you @mrbonesandco for saving her.
