If you have GOALS you want to crush tell me I can’t wait to hear them! -
|| S T A R T ||
My starting point for my 8 week journey ahead! I’m beyond excited to take on this challenge because it’s everything I love about working out... short workouts, only 4 workouts a week and filled with lifting and HIIT!! 😂
I’m seriously so excited to challenge myself over the next 2 months and see what I can accomplish with my team!
This journey is going to be amazing and I so want to do this with you!
Are you tired of being on the sidelines and watching?! Double tap or shoot me a DM if you want to know how you can JOIN me instead of just watch me!!
Many of you guys already know Ozzy... I hang out with him in the mornings when we go and adventure off a bit at grandma’s... He tells me that I need to be a good boy to mom. He also tells me all the stories when he used to run with mommy, but now his hips are a bit too old to keep up. I take a lot of notes from Ozzy and I try not to get on his bad size but sometimes I can’t help it, I just want to PLAY & PLAY! 🐶🐾 #goldenretrievermix#retiredathlete
It's time to let go..
Let go of all the things that are holding you back!
Excuses. Time. Money.
Fear of failure. Of committment.
Your potential won't shine through until you let go of the things holding you down.
We were made to do more with this life. So don't slow down, but take charge and see what you're really made of.
I'm on a mission to help 10 women build some muscle and lose 10 pounds this month!
What's holding you back?
Let go of it for once
I think part of the reason we hold onto something so tight is because we fear something so great won’t happen twice.
Why on earth would you hold onto something so tight if you have room for improvement! It will happen again.
A year and a half ago you wouldn’t catch me taking a “selfie” especially with only just me in it. I was very critical of myself and always feared what others thought🙈
I was scared that I would get made fun of, scared I would lose friends, scared of judging myself to no end(that’s what I did)
And to stand here today and scroll through my feed makes me feel so happy! Something “So Great” has happened! I’ve found my passion, I’ve found my love, and iv sound my drive!
Yes it’s exhausting sometimes.
Yes I am tired sometimes.
Yes I do get sore.
But no, I will not stop because there is so much more to life! So much more Greatness!
Greatness comes to those who strive for it🙌🏼 Take the leap of faith💫
I turned coaching into a passion! I didn’t think I would be good at it and I already tried every other program and diet and I just couldn’t stick with them so WHY would this be any different?! I was lost and thought nothing would work! -
I kept thinking about it...I kept wondering more about coaching so I decided that I should just give it a try! I told myself and @rosco52 that I would try it for three months, I would give it my all and if I hated it I would quit. -
I saved up $160 and invested it to get started. I can honestly say it was the best $160 I’ve ever spent! -
Saying YES to coaching has unlocked so many opportunities for me! ⭐️ I was able to finally find a workout program and meal plan that I could stick to (6 months that is longer then any gym membership I had) and getting amazing results. ⭐️ I have met some of the most amazing, inspiring & encouraging women from all over the US! ⭐️ The community is like NO other! ⭐️ There are travel perks and I love to travel! -
If the beginning part of this post sounds anything like you..maybe you’ve tried other programs and they didn’t work or you couldn’t stick with them! Maybe you’ve been watching me on here and have wondered if you can do what I do, but you doubt yourself and just say “maybe next time”. OR maybe you do want to learn more about this opportunity but just haven’t reached out yet, then THIS IS FOR YOU GIRL! 💕🙆🏻♀️ -

I asked the each person in the family this morning when have they felt that they were a child of God? When have they felt His love?
Heres the answers:
Briggs: Mostly while we have been camping and digging for fossils. And at the lake.
Kali: Yes, while camping.
Sam: My puppy's a child of God. When we snuggle.
Daddy: When I pray.
Me: Every time I look at my kiddos. I know God loves me because he send me such precious gifts. We only give such wonderful gifts to those we love love. So I know he loves me and that He truly is my #heavenlyfather. 💗🤗
If it wasn’t for me scrolling aimlessly through Instagram one evening while watching a movie I would not have gained this opportunity! ⠀
I had excuses on why I was unable to do this! It was a good month of them and then one day I was sick of it! I was sick of the way I looked, felt, and was done with it! I knew my life was incomplete. I’m getting married, I have an amazing place to live, my job is great, but something was missing! ⠀
The missing link was a TRIBE! I was missing like minded women around me! My tribe is real! Honest and raw. It’s a sisterhood I never had before. We don’t hide things, we are all human with flaws and we all relate to it! The flow that this tribe has is beautiful. I couldn’t have imagined being on any other tribe. ⠀
The more I am able to coach and pay it forward to those who may be feeling the way I used to feel makes this opportunity a once in a lifetime!⠀

This morning I had the absolute JOY of sitting and listening to @msrachelhollis [the author of this book] share with me and my incredible organization! Can I just say how thankful I am to be a part of a business that really truly cares about me and my personal growth!? Seriously couldn’t ask for more!
Anyway, in her talk she shared so many amazing things, but one thing that stuck out to me was writing down your goals and giving those goals SO much detail you can practically FEEL it like it’s already true!!
My heart was exploding listening to her share and as I wrote down some of my own goals for the next 10 years! Seriously hearing from her had my heart on fire and ready to go sprinting after my dreams!!
Do you have a 5 or 10 year dream?! Would you share it with me and ALLLLL the details that go with it!?!?
Hi, I’m Kate! I’m a 20 something year old college student looking to upgrade into a newer, better version of myself. I’m interested in yoga and meditation, macros, veggie focused recipes, strength training, and mindfulness. In my spare time, I study neuroscience, spend too much time on Netflix (hello The Office!), drain my bank account on fitness apparel (DM me if you have store suggestions!) and research different ways to better myself through fitness, eating, and overall wellness. I am a retired college athlete so working out isn’t new to me, but now that I no longer play volleyball, I’m looking to enhance my workouts and lifestyle to be in better overall shape than I ever have been. I’m hoping Instagram can provide a platform to help motivate myself and hold myself accountable - maybe even others too! If you have any tips, tricks, recommendations or friendly words please feel free to DM me! :-)
I have a photo bomber 🐶😂 My back has been feeling STRONG lately!! I've been loving this time in between programs to do some lifting workouts I really enjoy 😊
I haven't been lifting heavy, and I'm still seeing and maintaining results!
BUT there's just something about picking up heavy weight!
I am so pumped to get back into a full program starting Monday 💪🏼 I'm looking to help 10 women lose 10 pounds by gaining muscle and confidence!! If I can do this. I know you can 🙌🏼
Let's go!!! We start Monday!
⭐️Fierce and Focused⭐️ Hopped right out of bed this morning and literally CRUSHED my workout! It was an intense one but my energy right now is out of this world! 🌎 People always say at home workouts don’t work for me or I don’t have time, guys I just did a 40 minute workout, 40 minutes that’s it and burned over 1000 calories!! Umm not sure what’s not working YOU or the workout because I’m seeing results! .
Every Friday I'm super intentional about being grateful for everything this opportunity has given me
Today I was able to go back home to my parents house and spend the day with my mom and grandma. Koda got to run around in his big yard and we spent the whole day baking and decorating cake and cupcakes!
It was so fun!
Just a month ago, I would have been leaving my house for work at 6:15am and getting home between 6-6:30pm.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I never had the chance to go see my family and they only live 1 hour away.
I'm so grateful for all of the TIME coaching has given me. I still work hard and I spend a lot of time doing what I love. But it's on my own time, my own schedule.
Being a coach isn't all about workouts and shakes. It's so much more!!!
This opportunity has completely changed my life and continues to do so every single day.
These 3 beautiful women are doing big things with life. And I'm so excited, happy and thankful to be doing this along side them!!
I want to help 2 women earn an extra income, get fit, and find balance in their lives.
This opportunity is amazing and I want you to experience some freedoms of your own!!!
(p.s. Julianne and I most likely have food in our mouths 😂😂) #noshame
Day 1 of LIIFT 4!
All the measurements and before photos...✅
1 month of illness has me geared up and ready to get back at it! Since my 80 day obsession results I've been able to keep off 12 lbs! So I'm so pumped to see what I can do with LIIFT 4 and only working out 4 days a week and the optional cheat day!
I'm starting at 138lbs and 172.5 inches! Let the hard work begin 💪🏻💃🏼
Do any of those things describe you? Even just one? Good...then keep reading. Almost 6 months ago I decided to try something I have never done before. In fact, I never imagined myself doing something like this...I just thought I wasn’t good enough for it. But that was a lie.
I am now almost 6 months into being a health and fitness coach and I absolutely love it! It’s all about sharing my story and inspiring others to try something new, push past their excuses and JUST DO IT!! I get to be part of something huge! I am changing lives every month by getting them set up to CRUSH their goals and gain confidence they have always dreamed of. Exactly the things I have been doing myself the past 6 months. I have gained so much confidence in myself not only through reaching my goals but working along side of an encouraging and loving team.
I am looking for a couple people that are wanting to do something new, someone who wants to work along side of me reaching as many people as possible so we can change lives. Becoming a coach can lead to a life of freedoms. Freedom in yourself and who you are, in your finances, and in your schedule and those things will bring you so much JOY...Joy is what you never thought was even possible. I want to help you reach your goals and also encourage you as you inspire others! You don’t have to know a lot about health and fitness...you just have to be the proof of the product and learn as you go! It’s something you can take at your own pace. Whether you want to take your time and learn things slowly or you want to sprint and get moving, all up to you! It’s an amazing opportunity...don’t miss out!
Message me or comment below if interested, I can’t wait to chat and get to know you better!! 💕💕💕
I know I’m not the only auntie out there who doesn’t believe you need ALLLLL the energy to watch the precious nuggets!
These 2👆🏻 (& my other 2 sweet ones😊) can seriously make me sooo tired but I wouldn’t change it for the world! -
Being an aunt has been hands down one of the best things to possibly happen to me! 💞
If you ask my fam they’d probably agree when I tell you I can never get enough of them!😊...(well besides when they get cranky or on the sugar highs —> then it’s time to ship them off back home😅✌🏻) -
Each and every one of them hold a special place in my heart💕 & it’s another one of my “why’s” to taking back control of my health!! -
In order to keep up with them, my health needs to be a priority so they can have all of my love & strength (I’m pretty much a human jungle gym🤪) each and every time I see them!! -
After watching these 2 goons them today for a few hours & enjoying all the laughs and snuggles, it’s now time for me to get my workout in!!🤘🏻
NINE YEARS. For nine years anytime I found myself swimming even a single lap I would experience feeling suffocated.
It didn’t take long for me to stay away from the water and socializing in the shallow end was the extent of my water play.
It’s not like I was aching to swim laps for exercise or enjoyment, but still. There existed a huge disconnect in the longest relationship I’ve ever had...the one with swimming and being in the water.
Honestly, I’ve never fought to get that peace, comfort and safety back because I didn’t think I needed it. I KNEW I still had traumas needing to be processed and fears to confront but it never felt worth it to me. I’ve been so willing to heal all elements of my life yet swimming never felt like one of them. Hmmm...
My point in sharing this is to highlight how beautiful the healing journey truly comes to be when you allow yourself to embrace the journey. Parts of your life will become healed without you working on them or even thinking about them. Kinda like a buy one, get one free deal.
I took my boys swimming and had a crazy urge to swim across the pool...so I did...and the feeling of suffocation was GONE. Like, poof...into thin air it vanished after nine years. So I did a flip turn and swam another. And then swam another and another. I experienced peace and stillness which was familiar of the experience of my swim career. I got my happy place back.
Healing is only needed where there is pain and loss. Suffering can be brutal—like a beating from the inside-out. As vile as the beating may leave you to feel—the beauty experienced on the other side—now that’s LIFE.
Top 3 Mistakes Retired Athletes Make: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Happy Friday! Did this past week go by at snail pace for the rest of you too? Anyways! I know a lot of you currently play sports or have at some point in your life. I know far too well what that day is like when it’s time to hang up the jersey. Below are some of the mistakes that I made post-athlete life and “fixes” that I wish I would have done instead:
Mistake #1 = I’m no longer working out as hard... I need to start counting calories/watching my macros. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fix: Your body/appetite are going to adjust on their own! That’s what they’re designed to do. Eat when you’re hungry. Eat clean. It’s that simple. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mistake #2 = I’m going to get lean muscles by running a lot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fix: Keep lifting! Add some cardio if that makes you happy. But when you only run... yes, my legs were smaller... but also jiggly 😂 loosing my muscle resulted in jiggly thighs and a flat tush... not exactly what I was going for.
Mistake #3: Getting away from my sport. At the time it was so hard do something “just for fun” that I had dedicated 17 years of my life to.. I cut it out of my life.. but felt a twinge of jealously every time I saw it on tv or out and about.
Fix: Stay connected! You played this sport because you had a passion for it! Playing for adult leagues has brought out such a different player in me! Cutting soccer out of my life (even if just a year) left such an emptiness in me. Working out helped. But I needed to compete. My advice is to join whatever league that you can to stay connected! Plus, it’s also a great way to mix up your workouts 😊
Trying to reign it back in after vacation binging and eating everything in sight..not kidding literally everything you could think of I ate it. It’s not realistic to be perfect with nutrition and work outs constantly, but you can always decide to start somewhere. So excited to get back on track and start our summer shred boot camp on Monday with my team to help hold me accountable. Who’s ready to do it with us??
The third episode of Kęstutis’ testimony. What do you think about his story?
This week #afterwewin features Kęstutis Orentas, a middle-distance runner who has finished his career almost 50 years ago. In 1964, he achieved the best result in the world but now Kęstutis says he always wanted to be a surgeon and sometimes regrets dropping his medicine studies.
