I tweaked my neck and upper back in the beginning of the week. I slept funny on it and then stretched and 💥💥💥! After some TLC from @delanzochiro and some carefulness to work around it all week I felt much better yesterday UNTIL last night doing arms I pushed it too far. I knew I was doing it too but I was determined to the point of being a little reckless sooo I was in pain all night last night and I had legs on the agenda today. I was so frustrated to the point of tears this am. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to get anything done in the gym BUT I went in, avoided exercises that would agitate my injury and actually had an incredible leg workout!!! Point being, if I had let my defeated mind set win this am I wouldn’t have even worked out. Instead I went in to it telling myself I’ll do what I can without hurting myself and ended up limping (in a good way) out having crushed legs without an iota of irritation to my neck. Mind set and attitude are everything. What you tell yourself is what will be. Be kind to yourself, take care of your body and feed it positivity and it will thank you and reward you with health, fitness and contentment🙏🏻............and that is my schpeel for the day😂😂 Happy Saturday!
