I hear and read most of the time that “ How you start your morning will make you successful, better... extra!!!
I say what you do at night before you are getting ready to sleep will effect everything and anything in your life. It starts wait not how much or how long do you sleep how are you sleep, how are you repair your body you’re brain and your soul. There’s a reason why you wake up tired after sleeping eight hours, there’s a reason you wake up anxious even if you went to sleep at the right time ( 10-6am). Sleeping in darkness turning off the Wi-Fi and if you read make sure the lights Are not above you But next to you and the reason for that is that your brain, your Pinel Gland thinking that it’s daytime racing Cortizone levels releasing Cortisol and you are not able to sleep now or wake up many times during the night.

I say Everything as .. whatever you’re going through right now is the discovery moment and what you will realize is that you’re greater than your circumstances. What you will realize is that you're more powerful than you could ever begin to imagine. These discovery moments aren’t moments where you discover how bad life is but rather how strongly you have been created. You have to know within yourself that I can do this even if nobody sees this for me I'm going to see it for myself. Powerful people recognize powerful potential in people and people with potential know power when they see it.
No matter how bad it is or how bad it gets I'm going to make it. If a man doesn't keep the pace with his companions perhaps he's listening to the beat of a different drummer. You can step into the future and still have one leg in the past🦅☝️....
