How appropriate my last workout at my old house ends up on a #transformationtuesday 👌🏼 I move in 2 days but I’m on a work trip from today until Thursday afternoon so this mornings 3am workout (not even kidding) was my last workout in that house.
I moved back in with my parents when my daughter was 10.5 months old. I was broken. I was ashamed and scared. I didn’t recognize the person I had become, physically and mentally. I was always told to face your fears and I tried. I always thought two parents were better than 1. But when I realized for my daughters safety I had to run... I ran as fast as I could and never looked back. 2.5 years later I’ve lost weight....sure.... but what I have gained is worth so much more. I gained me self esteem back. I gained confidence and pride. My daughter is growing up watching mommy be happy and healthy and safe. We gained the best man we could have in our lives. He is our world, our rock, and the biggest supporter💕 so trust me when I say, if I can do It, you can too!!! Body Beast Bulk Chest done! I will admit, last week was not good. I was on vacation. I did manage 4 so-so workouts but aside from that i relaxed hardcore. I didn't eat TERRIBLE but didn't eat good either. I find it easier to stick to the routine when im working. I have decided to step up my efforts. I havent gained or lost weight the last 6 weeks or so. I think i have lost some fat but not alot. Im going to push even harder on the workouts and cut my calories from about 3200 a day to 2700-2800. We will see what happens. Pretty sure it will make the difference. I do have one question, is it better to take extra 20-30 seconds rest between sets so i can lift 10 pounds more on maxes or less weight with no extra break? Appreciate the feedback!

Liift 4 Week 5 done!! Leg day 😪😪 Omg my legs are shaking and kind of numb!! I increased my weights using 20 lb on sumo squats and deadlifts. 15 lbs on everything else except lunges. They kill me!! Only used 10 lbs on lunges. Yay me. 💪🏻💪🏻.
