I mean, if a brewery names it’s beer after a day of the week, that’s the day you have to drink it right? So here I am pouring myself a 375mL bottle of Burdock Brewing’s Tuesday saison.
The first whiff gives impressions of brett funk and acidity, tropical fruits and a faintly floral hop aroma. On the palate, a smooth texture carrying flavours of peach and pear, with a gentle zip or carbonation and a lingering acidity.
I didn’t pair this one with food, but I bet it would be great with a lemon chicken dish.
