My all time favourite midweek dinner is a quick and easy burrito bowl.😋😋This one is made up of brown rice, bean chowder, spinach, cocktail tomatoes, chopped avocado, chopped yellow peppers and chopped cucumber. Topped it with a dollop of hummus and drizzled it with bang bang dressing until creamy. Thanks for all the feedback on my bang bang dressing, it is much appreciated really do enjoy the interaction.
