It’s a cranberry walnut loaf! (From yesterday’s IG story). Surprisingly good since I don’t usually do no-knead dough! Really helps that it’s jam packed with cranberries and walnuts (and a handful of pecans since I ran out of walnuts). 12 hour room-temp proof and it looked like it was ready before I went to work but stuck it in the fridge for another 12 to bake at night. Light yet crusty crust. Soft inside. Would make this again.
