Girllll- I WAS a BIG skeptic to, I watched this journey for MONTHS, my coach was happy, healthy, and I LONGED for that feeling but all the BUTS got in my way, my dang brain got the best of me over and over again. FINALLY, with the push from my cute husband and a huge reason to get healthier so I could start a family one day... MADE me realize I needed to push past the SKEPTICAL person I had always been.... Lady, you’ve been watching me.
You might even follow several people who do what you want to be doing.
You stand on the sidelines and watch everyone else do it, you watch the time tick because of fear to take this opportunity that is a blessing.
You need to get back into fitness, you would love to have a community, you’d love to have sisterhood, you’d like more positivity in your life, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO, and YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.
I have been there, I stood in my own WAY for so long... And honestly you just need to start and OR start again, because if you don’t you are going to lock the dream up inside you that STIRS every time you see someone doing what you want to do.
The big reason your not there yet because you haven’t even started.

#whatsonmyplate: honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻 *recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (I used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. Spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four). 2) in a pan, heat 1 tsp. ghee or oil for a minute; add salmon filets, skin side up, and sear for 3 mins.; flip, and cook an additional 3-4 mins. 🌶🍯 •• garlic butter hasselbacks potatoes •• grilled asparagus.
