kinda embarrassed to post but oh well! my fav thing to workout is back and biceps and I would never see any definition! but I think I’m starting to see a lil progress (swipe) so I’m super happy about it!!

“Since joining I’ve really found exercising fun and addictive, I joined harriers and went from running 200metres to completing a half marathon in October this year. I have also joined the beginners Tri group with the hope of completing some events over the next few months, both of these I didn’t think I would be capable of doing but Sheree convinced me otherwise and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve also met some incredible people who have kept me motivated and inspired. I love that my kids are outside rather than couped up indoors and love how everyone just looks out for everyone else’s kids. Of course losing weight is up there to 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
