When the amazing @rudygarciatolson coaches you to improve your #swim, you STFU and listen! Such an inspiring morning, with much to digest and improve. I am beyond #inspired today. Thank you, Rudy! Also, thanks @emaiuolo for always being by my side. ❤️
I survived and made it with a smile on my face! The NYC Triathlon was quite an experience and I’m so glad I did it. The course was beautiful and I felt great for a solid 3 hours of the race. We won’t talk about the last half of the run. Thanks to @t_rah for being my packmule, cheering section, and for carrying my face around New York all day. NYC, I’ll be back.
#motivationalmonday YOU TRY-YOU FAIL YOU TRY-YOU FAIL Keep trying and never give up!
Two “extremely similar” pics. Same race, a year apart. One was a great race and one wasn’t. Can you spot the winner?
A week ago @nyctriathlon with 90F degrees weather. This weekend instead 75F and dry. It’s very interesting to see how much the weather impacts the performance. In theory, a good athlete should be able to perform in any conditions but sometimes it’s encouraging to see that even the Pros have “bad” days. .
