Over the years of research on schools and being a teacher in many of the schools. I have discovered that there is no connection between the school infrastructure, big name with the quality of education they would be providing to students.
Seriously a very new school, small infrastructure, less students, lesser aminities to offer, are actually doing their best to provide excellent education to their students.
May be the reason could be :-
🔺 It's easy to manage small groups or schools.
🔺 They have to build up the trust among parents and to gain name.
🔺 When the no. Of kids : teacher ratio is on 5:1 then you can be sure that ur kid will be getting proper guidance n attention.
The only research a parent is required to do before admitting their kids to school is :
🔺 How qualified the appointed teachers are?
🔺 What kind of education pattern they are following i.e. Kids friendly, application based or Montessori style.
🔺 What r safety measures they are backed up with if any mishap happen to kids or occur in the school 🚸.
🔺 Security levels.
I hope I have cleared the idea while selecting schools for your munchkins. Don't just go with the name or like every one is going then my child should be.

Now don’t get me wrong, I have my bad body image days. The days where I feel like I don’t even know what I’ve been doing for the past three years and I’m not getting anywhere BUT now I KNOW in my heart and in my mind that I’m going to get to where I want to be and nothing is going to stop me.
Now I love my body. Even on the tough days. Even on the days where I’m feeling hella bloated and weak.

It’s crazy how your perception changes as you’re dieting. This pic was just over 10 weeks ago and since then I’ve lost around 8 lbs of body fat (no changes to macros, just a little more strict and a lot higher activity level). At the time I felt pretty lean, now (subjectively) I look at this pic and don’t feel that way at all. I know objectively and logically it’s a solid pic. Full, vascular and relatively lean but when you’re nearly 5% leaner your brain has a hard time seeing it that way. It’s the exact opposite when you finish dieting and gain some weight back. You start to look back at old pics when you were at your leanest and you start to wonder why you didn’t realize it at the time. Perspective is everything. It’s pretty crazy how our brains work. So if you’re currently dieting, take some time and appreciate how far you’ve come! .
