I do have to say that yes I've got a genetic , but i must as fast as i pick up the size the shape & the sharpness that fast i lose also ! So no excuse towards being consistent , or else i lose muscles. -
I've been doing circuit training 3 times a week & remaining 3 times My custom made Calisthenic program (which has about 1000 reps in it) -
There are 2 ways of doing it , in everything u want to achive ,
First... ( which is what masses does ) "Keep trying keep Trying Keep trying , you'll succed once !"
According me that doesn't goes longer mile !
& then there is Second way of doing it , LEARN & Study each & everything about ur goal & stay composed & then Put QUALITY EFFORTS instead of QUANTITY EFFORTS !! PS :- once u study & research & create a plan to bang your goal, & suppose if it doesn't works, Don't use the same brick to hit again which doesn't works,! Take your time stay composed , create even intense impact this time & give it a try!! Soon you'll start seeing results !! Same goes to your workouts, your each session of training should kill your body in a healthy , you shouldn't be counting months of training, but the days u put in, do you actually train first " TILL YOUR LIMIT, then OVER IT EXTRA ?? "
these two factors define your results, training till your limit & Then training a bit more, on each particular session of training !!!
