I recently attended a seminar By retired LT. Col. Dave Grossman author of “on combat” “on killing” I was also able to pick up his newest book titled “Assassination generation” if you are familiar with his work than I don’t need to say anymore but one of the things that always comes to mind is the need to always be ready. #Sheepdog
If you don’t believe in the presence of evil in our world, you’re living in a bubble. We carry for a reason we train for a reason. When it comes, it will be random, violent, and cruel. Just because you call it a safe space does not make it so We carry because we have a duty to protect ourselves and our loved ones from evil. #protecttheflock#edc#glock#thinblueline#traindaily#stayready#alwaysready#trainhard
This is the King of all dogs.....he is exhausted because he went after his foster sister when she ran off. He tired herding her back to me but Wilma doesn't trust any humans and I would get close and she would run again.....then Buddy would find her again run back get me and take me to her......again I could only get so close before she ran again.
Buddy ran twice as much showing selfless love to Wilma. It made me think of the selfless love of God and how he loves me even when I run off from him.
Wilma is back home. Buddy is sound asleep. I am praising God that in this trail he has showed me through dogs how much he truly loves all of us.
