⏩Progressive Overload is the concept that every time you step foot in the gym, you are pushing yourself a little harder: this could be increased reps, sets, weight, etc. One way you can implement this right away, is by adding this chest finisher to your routine without taking anything else away!

✅Start by performing any variation of chest flyes. Focus on the squeeze of your inner chest at the peak of each rep and on controlling the negative.
✅Immediately go into incline alternating dumbbell bench. With this variation, you will keep one arm fully extended while the other arm performs a rep and then switch.
✅You will perform a total of 3 rounds of this with the following rep range on each exercise: 25, 20, 15. For alternating incline dumbbell bench, double these numbers because you are performing those numbers on each arm.

I’ve had a wide variety of greens, and it is my opinion that none of them are anything that anyone would crave however I drink not for taste but for health benefits.
Most of us lack recommended daily servings without training, so it’s even more important to ensure that we are refueling our bodies while training. A person can “look” physically fit but their health could be in bad shape.
People ask me why I don’t body-build professionally it’s because I realize how tough prepping is on the body. I love the lifestyle but would not be a suitable candidate for the requirements.
Preparing to gulp my greens down, mixed with as little water as possible...why because I do not like it, but for what it provides; it’s tolerable.
