Feeling dreadful today ☹️ my emotions are taking over and getting the best of me. I'm trying my best not to overanalyze and ruminate on what I could have done differently. My plan is to let these thoughts run their course and eventually pass through! And I don't feel like turning to food for comfort sooo I'm pretty proud of that 😅💭
Here's a random lazy lunch put together in less than 5 min: semi-mashed avocado, garlic marinated 🍤, 🍇🍅, and folded 🍳 (all in one pan except the 🥑). It was gooooood but too rich for my taste so I added some almonds for contrast.

dEATS: MEDITERRANEAN SALAD TRIO BOWL: farro, quinoa + cauliflower rice w/ Greek tzatziki, Italian salsa verde, feta CHEEEEZE & added a shrimp kabob bc why not
