Today’s weather is cold and rainy so I brought out one of my favorite thrifted sweaters that is actually Jcrew kids! I always check in the kids section since I’m petite and have found some great pieces. Photobomb courtesy of Bean 😺⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today I'm wearing the midi skirt I picked up yesterday at @herwardrobemarkets for $5! I instantly loved it but was worried I would struggle to style it. I challenged myself to find a way to make it suitable for work (not just play = more wears) and here it is - I brought it down a notch by pairing it with all black essentials like a button up, belt and heeled boots. I'm not much of a skirt girl but damn! I loved this look today 🐆🤩 ...and it has pockets💥
Happy Sunday. I took my Mumma to check out a second hand clothing market this morning - I picked up a cute leopard print midi that I'm excited to style this week 🐆
Wearing black tee, culottes, scarf, sandals and big earings 🤩
Stephen and I took a romantic little trip to Portland last weekend and had so much fun! We don’t get to do vacations together as much as we’d like, so we always try to make the most out of quick trips like this. We even squeezed in a visit to Ikea! My favorite stop along the way was @palacestore, where I got to try on some slow fashion faves by @jamieandthejones, @ilanakohn and @atelierdelphine (to name a few!). It was excellent to gather information and also their store was probably the cutest little shop I’ve ever been in. I can’t wait to go back! .
We also last-minute decided to grab a room at the @acehotel, which I have always wanted to do! Here’s a pic of me feeling so stoked on our cute space, heading out the door to dinner at @kachkapdx. FYI, the top in this pic is the tank from @urbanrootshandmade that just came in the mail and I can’t stop wearing it!
A fun variation on yesterday's outfit. Never ever take life or fashion too seriously 😝
When I spotted this jacket in an outlet last year I really couldn't leave it behind. It's just too fun and quirky - how could you not have a good time wearing it!?
we often get questioned if having a minimal/neutral color wardrobe is boring. the simple answer, no. we love the versatility & endless combinations we can create with simple tones & basics
do you have a |basics only|wardrobe or is your personal style colorful & full of patterns?
Heyo! I've had a bit of a stressful morning with a teething toddler. We went out for a playdate but it was mostly tears. I came home and wanted to rest while the baby slept, which I did but I was itching to change over my wardrobe. I had planned on talking through the switch process but I just don't feel like chatting today so it's only pics this time 😕 Happy to have a change and hoping it will brighten up my weekend. Simple outfit today which includes this light khaki jacket I found in a donation pile at my Mums house. I'm testing it in my wardrobe to see if I can benefit from it and so far I'm really loving having it 😊

This blazer was stored away in my closet for 8(!!!) years. In those past years, I always thought it wasn’t my style and I didn’t know how to combine it. Then I just stared searching for tips online, and in the end, I had so many ideas! It feels like a new piece to me because I discovered so many possibilities to wear it! Storing things away is really a great tip (thanks to @consciousstyle for the reminder)! When you need a new piece, you can just find it back in your own closet😃🧡. Have you discovered any new styles with the pieces you already owned? How were your experiences? Tell me more, I love to hear about new ideas 💡.

I recently updated my main photo with a new headshot I took for a collaboration I’m working on, but I can’t share the details just yet!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead I thought I would share a little bit about myself since I just hit 20K on here which is crazy! Thank you all for following along my journey!
+I’m 28 years old⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+Currently located in Baltimore, but have lived in Florida and was born in Kentucky⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I currently work full time as a manager at an organic grocery store called Moms Organic Market located in the DMV⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I went to art school (AI in Philly) for a quarter before realizing I did not want the ENORMOUS debt that would come with the degree⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I love the summer and being in the water (not the beach) give me a lake or a river! Not a fan of the dark cold winter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I have about 80 different career paths I’d like to take and am constantly dreaming and coming up with new crazy ideas⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I met my now husband at the thrift store, we both grew up shopping at thrift stores⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
+I would consider myself an extreme extrovert, I love talking to and meet new people
I thrifted this rayon wrap blouse that needed a simple fix which is most likely why it was donated. Here is my PSA: Teach yourself a few basic sewing skills, like sewing on a button, or how to do basic repairs. It can really help you when it comes to shopping secondhand and making you wardrobe last longer!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My favorite details on my wrist 💕 Wie gefällt euch meine neue Uhr von @danielwellington. / How do you find my new watch from @danielwellington? I love it - it's DW classic petite 28mm. Because the watch is smaller than the others you can also wear one or two bracelets besides the watch. •
